Harp Saran is the founder of Land Lift Consulting and experience spanning land acquisition, development strategy, project structuring, financing, construction coordination, and municipal approvals across British Columbia.
Having contributed to projects representing more than 4,000 residential units, Harp brings a practical, real-world perspective to development advisory, grounded in execution, market realities, and value creation.
Through Land Lift Consulting, he works closely with landowners, investors, and development groups to navigate complex development challenges, unlock site potential, and structure projects that can realistically move forward in today’s market environment.
His approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on industry experience, helping clients bridge the gap between land potential and executable development outcomes.
